“I am aiming to get additional attendees from my company to sign up; this seminar is too beneficial for company to keep as a secret. I found the contract review between UCC, CGIF and which state is best for the purchaser very useful. The three key take-aways for me that I will use regularly are: 1. Doing a comprehensive analysis on what could go wrong and adding that to the contract in advance. This way you are defining what is a minor breach and major breach and setting expectations up front rather than all the work on the backend. 2. I will always use the Most Favored Customer (MFC) clause and negotiate from there. This will reduce significantly the amount of time spent on price negotiations. 3. Most people already send out their contract with Ts & Cs in advance with an RFP but including the Contract changes by Supplier as a key part of the scorecard is a fresh approach that could knock 4-6 weeks off the contract negotiation with legal departments”
