  • Courses: between 10 – 30 students for optimal class dynamics.
  • Length: typically between 1 – 3 days, up to 1 week in certain cases.
  • Location: at the client’s office, or at an offsite location of the vendor’s choosing.

Our preferred approach is to have detailed client engagements prior to conducting any courses or seminars with your firm. By doing so, we can best assess your current situation, key opportunities and gaps, the breadth and depth of these issues or opportunities, and recommend the best approach for driving improvement in these areas. Some engagements will be very specific and focused, while others will be broader in focus, spread out over a longer period of time, and more methodical in approach.
